Pricing Information
Pricing for all online purchases is available on the online order form that you will see when you continue from this page. Shipping and sales tax (charged on all orders with a Texas address) will automatically be calculated. (If you are a tax-exempt organization in Texas, please order directly through our Sales Department to make your purchase.)

Terms of Sale:

  • You may install and/or run the software on only one computer at a time but you may install and/or run the software on any computer owned by you. To install and/or run the software on more than one computer at a time, you will need a separately purchased copy of the software for each of those computers.
  • You must accept the terms of the Alsoft License Agreement.
  • All sales are final.

In order to use your downloaded software, you will need your serial number, which will be sent to the e-mail address on your order. If you need your software resent to you in the future, it will also be sent to this e-mail address.

Please make sure you use a valid e-mail address that can accommodate the file size of the software you are purchasing. File sizes are shown on the order form where you will enter your e-mail address.

If you do not receive an e-mail from us after placing your order, you may wish to check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder in case your confirmation has been incorrectly filed by your mail server or spam filter as unsolicited e-mail.

The software is compressed as a ZIP file. The manual for the software is included electronically in the download as a PDF file.

If You Are Purchasing DiskWarrior
Repairing your usual startup disk requires that you start up from another disk.
In order to use the download copy of DiskWarrior, you will need to start up from another disk with Mac OS X 10.3.9 through 10.5.x installed. You will then need to run a copy of DiskWarrior from a disk that is not the disk you are repairing. (The DiskWarrior download does not include the Apple System files necessary to create a startup CD.) If you cannot use the download version of the software (i.e. you have only one internal hard drive and this is the drive you wish to repair), please order directly from our sales department or from one of our resellers to be sent the software on CD. If you order via the secure server, you will be sent a CD, but delivery of your CD will take approximately three to four weeks, depending on your location.

All online orders will be shipped a DiskWarrior CD via US Mail. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery of your CD.

The current version of DiskWarrior 4 is version 4.1, which ships on a Mac OS X startup CD. DiskWarrior 4 requires that you start up in Mac OS X v 10.3.9 through 10.5.x. If you have older PowerPC-based Macs that are not capable of running Mac OS X, please contact our Sales Department for DiskWarrior version 2.1, which runs and installs on a 68020 Mac or better when started from Mac OS 7.1 to 9.x.

Note: DiskWarrior CD revision 42 is now shipping with DiskWarrior 4 version 4.1. All Intel and PPC Mac models introduced as of 11/01/2007 and meeting the system requirements for DiskWarrior can be started from the DiskWarrior CD. The current DiskWarrior CD cannot start up the new Mac Pro and Xserve models introduced on 01/08/2008, the MacBook Air introduced on 01/15/2008, the MacBook/MacBook Pro models introduced on 02/26/2008, or the iMac models introduced on 04/28/2008. An updated disc that will also start up these recent Mac models will be released as soon as Apple, Inc. releases new startup files to Alsoft, Inc. and other developers. If You Are Purchasing MasterJuggler
MasterJuggler 3 requires Mac OS X 10.1 or later (Mac OS X 10.2 or later recommended). If you are running Mac OS 9.x or earlier, please contact our Sales Department to purchase MasterJuggler Pro 2.1.1.
